1. What is the Inner Circle Membership?

The Inner Circle Membership is an exclusive program designed to provide our members with special benefits and savings. For an annual fee, members receive a 40% discount on all products, early access to new launches, and special member-only promotions.

2. How much does the Inner Circle Membership cost?

The membership costs $200 per year. We offer a special introductory price of $150 for the first year if you sign up by 26^th May or 50 memberships are claimed.

3. What are the benefits of joining the Inner Circle Membership?

Members enjoy a 40% discount on all purchases throughout the year, early access to newly launched products, exclusive promotions and updates, 5 free delivery vouchers each year, a welcome gift and a $50 credit to use during their birthday month.

4. How much do I need to spend to make the membership worthwhile?

If you pay the introductory membership fee of $150, you would need to spend at least $375 per year on products at the regular price. For those paying the standard fee of $200, the threshold to cover your membership with savings is $500 per year.

5. Can I use store credits or loyalty points to pay for the Inner Circle Membership?

No, store credits and loyalty points cannot be used to pay for the Inner Circle Membership fee. However, they can still be used for regular product purchases on our platform.

6. How do I sign up for the Inner Circle Membership?

7. Is the Inner Circle Membership fee refundable?

The membership fee is non-refundable. We encourage you to review all the benefits and terms before joining to ensure that it meets your expectations.

8. Can I cancel my Inner Circle Membership?

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. However, the remaining portion of your membership fee will not be refunded.

9. How soon after joining can I start using my membership benefits?

Your benefits start immediately after your membership is processed. You can begin enjoying your discounts, early access, free deliveries, and other perks as soon as you receive confirmation of your membership.

10. Will my membership automatically renew?

No, your membership will not be automatically renew each year. We will notify you prior to expiry.

11. Are you adding more products offering to the current site?

Yes, phase 1 of the site transfer was completed with 50% of the products uploaded.  There are a few collections that are in the queue for the next phase:-

• Hair and Body Collection – a new Polypeptide Hair mask and Amino Acid with Hyaluronic Body Wash will be added to the collection of Chamomile Wash, Chamomile Lotion, Athena Hair Oil, Scalp Protector, Scalp Care Shampoo and Hair Care Conditioner.
• The Anti-Acne Collection will remain the same for now.
• The Lip Balm Collection will be reduced to make way for Lip Gloss, I am considering merging the Tinted Serum and DD Cream to it to consider it as make up collection. This will definitely be phase 3.
